If you are planning a party either for your friends, your company, your child or their Girl Scout or Boy Scout Group, there is no better location than our cooking school. We are located in an historical building three blocks from Station Square, on the colorful South Side. Originally one of the largest and technically advanced warehouses in the USA in Victorian times, our specific space was originally the Terminal Restaurant. We have strived to maintain some of the original character of the building.

TWO HOUR HORS D’OEUVRES CLASS: This is a full participation program. During the class guests will prepare a selection of 4 hors d’oeuvres, under the supervision of one of our expert instructors. The appetizers will then be enjoyed by all, along with a glass of wine. All guests will receive copies of the recipes they prepare. Cost: $75 per head, with a minimum of 10, maximum of 24 guests.

THREE HOUR FULL PARTICIPATION COOKING CLASS: Guests will prepare a three course meal under the supervision of one of our chef instructors. Dinner will then be served with wine, and  all guests will receive copies of the recipes they prepare and we do have aprons available for purchase, with either our logo or your own printed on them. Cost: $90 per head, minimum 8, maximum 18 guests.

FOUR HOUR FULL PARTICIPATION COOKING CLASS: This program includes all of the above plus we serve Hors D’oeuvres when you arrive and wine and soft drinks throughout the evening. Cost: $135 per person. minimum 8, maximum 18 guests
