Loved the chef, Andrew. Loved the assistant. The couple's were fun to work with. We had a blast. We have recreated several of the dishes at home and are in love with making verations of the Focaccia. It is amazing how many different types of fruit and nuts we can use to create our own combinations. Drew has a great send of humor. We will be back for more classes. It was also quite romantic, even with five other couples involved!!! Drew made the setting interactive but intimate at the same time. We really had a WONDERFUL time. Can't wait to be able to schedule again. Look for us in early 2015. If you are looking to spend a few hours having fun, spending time with someone you care about, doing something productive and fun, take a couples cooking class. Maybe we will see you there!!

The instructor was: She did a great job timing the meal, keeping things moving, and throwing in some tidbits along the way.
The atmosphere was: We met many people that were a pleasure to spend the evening with, and the instructor was great!
Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were complex, but perfectly so. I wouldn't want to come make a meatloaf. So this was perfect and romantic!
What was your opinion of the food: Great recipes! The asian pear and avocado salad was tasty and light - we loved it. The gingerbread cake was immaculate. The bruchetta was a tasty recipe too.The souffle (our first souffle ever) was delicious, though the small portion and difficult preparation made it almost more trouble that it was worth. Either way, Gaynor wrote some great recipes!
